Christian Koch — Founder of PraevenTour

‍After more than ten successful years in the pharmaceutical industry, Christian Koch decided on a new path: founding an innovative pharmacy as a service center in Wölfersheim. There, he was the first in Hesse to establish vitamin D measurements as quick checks directly on site. Thanks to his well-founded training — including a Master in Preventive and Health Science Management — he is a competent partner for holistic, integrative and preventive medicine. For his innovative concepts in health care, he was awarded the renowned German Apothecary Prize awarded in Berlin.

Sigrun Klingelhöfer:
Pharmacist, naturopath, medical fitness coach, nurse and pharmacy communication coach. The expert in preventive medicine and health promotion conducts health checks, workshops, trainings and lectures on topics such as alternative pain management, stress management, the immune system and metabolism.

PrävenTour offers a wide range of workshops and lectures aimed at health promotion and prevention. Examples of workshops include stress management, smoking cessation, professional weight loss coaching and heart rate variability training. Our lectures cover topics such as how to deal with stress healthily, successful weight management and fewer symptoms during the hay fever period. These events can be booked flexibly according to your needs and those of your employees.
