As a preventive tour, we had our own stand at Expopharm this year to present our concept of health action days to pharmacies.
We would like to thank you very much for the many inspiring discussions, the intensive exchange and the great interest in our ideas relating to prevention and health promotion.
Our mission: to help pharmacies offer their customers tailor-made action days real added value — in a practical, holistic and sustainable way.
We are already looking forward to the next steps and exciting collaborations!
On September 10, our exclusive presentation with nutrition and prevention expert Christian A. Koch took place in Bad Homburg.
The focus was on:
🧠 Brain food — minerals, vitamins & trace elements for more mental strength
😌 Anti-stress food diet that activates the parasympathetic system and promotes serenity
💪 Power Immune Food — nutrients for a strong immune system
There were also exciting study insights, practical tips & information on individual quick checks such as vitamin D, B12, ferritin or metabolism analyses.

Christian Koch, founder of PrävenTour, has given up his pharmacy after more than 20 years in order to concentrate fully on health prevention. With his new institute in Bad Homburg, he offers individual health checks and holistic advice for companies and private individuals.
PrävenTour has recently been operating as a GmbH and has moved into new premises in Bad Homburg. The institute offers workshops, lectures and seminars on the topics of nutrition, weight loss, immune system, intestinal health, metabolism and resilience. Koch attaches particular importance to promoting self-competence for health prevention.

In 2015, Christian Koch, owner of PrävenTour, was awarded the German Pharmacy Prize for his innovative Prävento-Mobil project. This prize honors pioneering projects in the area of on-site pharmacies.
Since 2013, Koch has been offering comprehensive health checks in a converted motorhome, such as acid-base tests, blood pressure and pulse measurements, and HRV measurements for stress tolerance. These checks serve as a basis for preventive measures and workshops for companies.
